SPIL continues to improve service quality and competitiveness, forming a continuous innovation cycle from "business opportunities", "R&D " to "intelligent property management and application". Through a sound intellectual property management system, we implement intellectual property management internally, encourage intellectual property applications, and control intellectual property risks externally to effectively protect the company's intellectual property assets.
Patent
SPIL adopts the three major policies of comprehensive patent portfolio, eliminating the unnecessary and retaining the essential, and value-added activation to achieve early and comprehensive protection of key technologies, continuously consolidate the quality of patents, and eliminate the essential and retain the essential from the perspective of commercial value, thereby ensuring and maximizing R&D investment. Use high-value intellectual property to promote business success, obtain customer orders, and expand more new business opportunities to form a sustainable positive cycle. In addition, the intellectual property protection wall can prevent others from plagiarizing the company's technology or other intangible assets, and can effectively defend against competitors' intellectual property threats to ensure operational freedom.
